Dirac

Dirac was not a talkative person and of a quite literal mind, to which numerous anecdotes testify. Here is an example. In a seminar someone asked a question: “Professor Dirac, I do not understand that equation.” Dirac did not answer, so the chairman intervened and asked Dirac if he would answer the
question. To which Dirac replied: “that was not a question, it was a statement."

is it refelcting, Dirac was not tring to make his students understood?

or, the student should point out whihc part his did not understand.
