Leadership; Reader's Digest

Great leaders are almost always great simplifiers.

It's hard to lead a cavalry charge if you think you look funny on a hourse.

Good leadership requires you to surround yourself with people of diverse perspectives who can disagree with you without fear of retaliation.

It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. if you think about that, you'll do thing differently.

The person who knows "how" will always have a job. The person who knows "why" will always be his boss.

Being powerful is like being a lady. If you have to tell people you are, you aren't.
