Somethings about Science, story and human

science, I mean pure science, deals with matter, even biology is about cell, micro-organism or the ecology.

story, deal with relationship. if one thing is related with the others, there is a story. thus, a story on how the doomsday happens, how butterfly mate and travel, how nuclear matter formed and has several properties, how a supernovae exploded, how money flow through the economy, how the WWII begin, are stories.

however, not every story is interesting, I mean, interesting to human. take Hollywood movies, there must be human relationship inside a story. there are alot YouTube about matter's story. say, how to make a bicycle. it may be interesting for some people. but it is hard to imagine all YouTube are this kind of clips, only deal with matter, death things. Or even living thing without human, say how bee finds the way home.

I always wonder, is it possible to write a story, interesting to human, but does not have any human, or human feeling in part of it (as the lion king, wall-E).

in certain extend, being a scientist, most of the time is dealing with matter. however, it does not mean we can survive without interaction with human. sometimes, life is boring because it is dun, only on one thing but not others, it is like unbalanced diet.

in Chinese society, Chinese are so enjoy on human relationship, rather then matter. I am not sure other society. one reason is that, it is much closer to us, we have to cooperate, live with others. and that may be why Chinese never develop science. some say Chinese feels politics is dirty and avoiding it. I think it is just modern Chinese. Compare the history, Chinese take part in politics very much. but the lack of science, or the logical thinking,, we never break through the kingship and develop democracy.
